Cable sheath thickness online measurement: sheath thickness =(circumference after extruding - length before extruding)/2 PI or sheath thickness =(circumference after extruding - length before extruding)0.1592;
Thinnest point of cable single core jacket: nominal value 85-0.1;
Thinnest point of cable multi-core sheath: nominal value is 80%-0.2;
The temperature of low density polyethylene sheathed extruder is raised, and the stress cracking intensity is increased. In addition, the shape stability of extruded cladding is poor, and the shrinkage rate increases.
Make good extruder body and screw cooling system, eliminate friction overheating, in order to maintain heat balance in the extrusion process, stabilize the extrusion pressure, promote even mixing of plastics, improve plasticizing quality.
