Wire and cable products are mainly divided into five categories

1. Bare wire and conductor products

The main characteristics of the product are: pure conductor metal, no insulation and sheath layer, such as steel core aluminum strand, copper aluminum bus, electric locomotive wire. Processing technology is mainly pressure processing, such as smelting, rolling, drawing, stranding/compaction stranding, etc. Products are mainly used in suburbs, rural areas, user lines, switchgear and so on.

2. Power cable

The main features of this product are: extruded (packaged) insulated outer conductor, such as overhead insulated cable, or twisted several cores (corresponding to wire, zero wire and ground power system), such as overhead insulated cable with more than two cores, or additional sheath, such as plastic/rubber-sheathed wire and cable. The main processes are drawing, twisting, insulation extrusion (cladding), wiring, armor, sheath extrusion and so on.

This product is mainly used for transmission of strong electric energy in transmission, distribution, transmission, transformer and power supply lines, and for transmission of large current (tens of amperes to thousands of amperes) and high voltage (220V to 500kV and above).

3. Electric wires and cables for electrical equipment

This kind of product, the main features are: various specifications, application range, use 1 kv and below voltage and, more importantly, to launch new products constantly, for special occasions, such as fire retardant cable, flame retardant cable, low smoke zero halogen/of termites, low smoke low halogen cable, mouse cable, oil/cold/heat resistance, abrasion resistant cable, mining cable, medical/farm/fine lines, etc.

4. Communication cable and optical fiber (profile)

In the past two decades, with the rapid development of the communication industry, products have developed at an amazing speed. From simple telegraph and telephone cables to thousands of pairs of voice, coaxial, optical, data, and even composite communication cables.

This kind of product is usually small in size, uniform in size and high in manufacturing accuracy.

5. Electromagnetic wire (winding wire)

It is mainly used for various motors, instruments and so on.

Wire and cable derivative/new product

The derivative/new products of wire and cable mainly adopt new materials, special materials, change product structure, improve process requirements, or combine the production of different types of products according to the requirements of application occasions, different application requirements, convenience of equipment and reduction of equipment cost.
